Please review and ensure that you understand the entire Terms & Conditions prior to booking a party.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking, or exit immediately due to illegal activity or disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party if we exit due to these circumstances during setup.

Third-Party Liability: 

Hawknest Commerce, DBA InTents Partyzzz, will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims of personal injury or death while using our equipment during your rental period. The items are made for children and customers have a duty of care to supervise.

Party Safety: 

A safe, drug and smoke free environment must be provided at all times during the rental.

While every effort has been made to ensure the safety of our clients, parental supervision is required throughout the rental. Some themes include electrical cords and small items that could present a choking hazard. Because of this, children under the age of four are prohibited from participating in the party.

Rental Items Damaged, Lost or Stolen: 

Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement, including but not limited to damage cause by pets.

Food/Beverages/Makeup: 

While food, drinks, and makeup are not prohibited inside the tent, you are responsible for any damage that is incurred during the rental, including stains.

Equipment Provided: 

A checklist of the rental items will be provided and verified by the client and InTents Partyzzz at the time of delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are checked in good condition the next day.

Photography and Social Media: 

InTents Partyzzz reserves the right to use photographs taken at your party in any InTents Partyzzz promotional media. That said, we will never post a picture of your children without your prior consent, and rest assured that we will never use identifying information in these images. If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text. Feel free to tag InTents Partyzzz in any of your social media posts.
